How to Use Sponge Rollers to Make Ringlets

Use sponge rollers to create ringlet curls. Sponge rollers come in a variety of diameters. The smaller the roller's diameter, the tighter the ringlets. Because the curl forms while the hair dries, this style takes several hours. Wear the curlers to bed if you want the hair curled in the morning. Incorporate the ringlet curls with several styles. One example is to wear a ponytail of ringlet curls. Leave a thin curl down on each side to frame your face.

Instructions

Wet the hair and towel dry it until it's no longer dripping.

Comb the hair.

Separate a section of hair, about 1 inch wide. Wrap the ends around the foam part of the roller. Wind the hair around the roller and close.

Repeat until all the hair is in rollers. Leave the rollers in the hair until it dries completely.

Blow-dry the hair to dry faster.

Remove the curlers by undoing the clasp on the roller and unwrapping the hair.

Style as desired.

Spray the hair with hairspray.
